Rick brings decades of commercial food manufacturing experience to cannabis, including work with Il Fornaio Bakeries and Udi’s, where he helped develop Udi’s gluten-free bread. He co-founded Medically Correct in 2010 and has guided its growth ever since.

Co-Founder | Inventor & Product Innovator

An early pioneer in Colorado’s regulated cannabis industry, Derek co-founded Medically Correct and helped develop incredibles into one of the industry’s most recognized edible brands. He developed The Incredible Extractor, a commercial closed-loop extraction system, and leads product innovation across Nové and Funnzees.
