These Terms of Use apply to MedicallyCorrect.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Medically Correct LLC ("Medically Correct," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who the Site is for
The Site is for adults 21 and older. It shares information about Medically Correct, our brands and the cannabis products we make for licensed markets. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell cannabis, and we do not sell products online. Our products are sold only through licensed retailers, to adults 21 and older or registered medical patients, where state law allows.
2. Not medical advice
Information on the Site is general and for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace a conversation with a health care professional. Our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Effects vary from person to person. Start with a low dose, wait before taking more, and never drive or operate machinery after consuming cannabis.
3. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- post or send anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory or that infringes someone else's rights;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to anyone;
- send spam, advertising or unsolicited offers through our forms;
- scrape, copy or harvest the Site's content or data by automated means without our written permission;
- upload malicious code or try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
4. Things you send us
When you submit a form, photo, resume or message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Photos submitted to the MC Family Timeline may be posted publicly on the Site after review. By submitting one, you give Medically Correct permission to display it on the Site and our related channels. We review submissions before they appear and may decline or remove any submission. If you are pictured in a photo on the Site and want it taken down, contact us and we will remove it.
5. Our content
The Site and its content, including text, photos, graphics, logos and the names incredibles, Nové, Quiq, Funnzees and Medically Correct, belong to Medically Correct or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
6. Links to other sites
The Site links to our brand websites and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the Site, these terms or any content at any time without notice. We may also suspend or limit access to the Site. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms last changed. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site or its content, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Product information on the Site is provided for convenience; the label on the package controls.
9. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Medically Correct will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100.
10. Indemnity
If you misuse the Site or break these terms and that results in a claim against us, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs that result.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be handled in the state courts located in Denver County, Colorado, or the federal court for the District of Colorado.
