This policy explains what information Medically Correct LLC ("Medically Correct," "we," "us") collects through MedicallyCorrect.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what you choose to send us and basic information about how the Site is used.
1. Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the Site, we receive what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and company or dispensary name;
- Your message: anything you write about a partnership, kitchen project or job;
- Files: a resume, or a photo you submit to the MC Family Timeline, along with the caption, name, role and years you provide.
We do not sell products online, and the Site does not collect payment information. The Site has no user accounts or passwords.
2. Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the Site, such as which pages are visited and which brand links are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device type, browser, approximate location and pages viewed. You can learn about Google's practices at google.com/policies/privacy and opt out with Google's browser add-on.
- Hosting. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes standard server information such as IP addresses to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
- Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Age check. When you confirm you are 21 or older, your browser stores that choice on your device so you aren't asked again. It is not sent to us.
3. How we use information
- to respond to your inquiry and route it to the right person;
- to review job applications;
- to review MC Family Timeline photos and, once approved, publish them on the Site;
- to send our newsletter if you sign up for it;
- to understand and improve how the Site works;
- to keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse;
- to meet legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that run the Site for us, such as Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google (analytics and fonts) and our email provider, who may use it only to provide their services;
- publicly, for MC Family Timeline photos and captions you submit and we approve;
- when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of Medically Correct or others;
- as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
5. Your choices
- Newsletter: unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Photos: if you submitted a photo or appear in one on the Site, ask us and we will remove it.
- Your information: contact us to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works without them.
6. Keeping information
We keep form submissions only as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Age requirement
The Site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
